This farm and vacation house is located at Rio Dulce, Izabal, Guatemala. The lakefront house is designed to house a family during their work days at the Kacaou farm and also to be rented for holidays.

The project consists of refurbishing and existing a farm house. The existing structure needed a new roof and to be able to allow more guests.
